Art Commission T.O.S

🦇 Must be 18+ to request a commission.
🦇 I reserve my right to decline a request for any reason.
🦇 For personal use only.
🦇 If you want to use it for commercial use (merch, marketing, promotion or sold for financial gain), please notify me when ordering. The total price will be doubled.
🦇 If it's a Skeb-like commission, there will be no contact until the art is finished.
🦇 Payment is via PayPal with an invoice or through Kofi. ATH Movil is available for local Puerto Ricans.
🦇 Will start commission when half the payment is paid upfront.
🦇 Art may take up to a month or so to complete depending on the complexity, however I like to keep communication with my clients even if there's no big updates on the work.
🦇 Please specify preferred method of communication (Email, Twitter or IG).
🦇 Revisions are done in the sketch phase.
🦇 Visual reference is needed (preferably with color).
🦇 The artwork will have my watermark and signature.
🦇 Every commissioned artwork will be posted on my socials. If it's a gift, please let me know and we can discuss it.
🦇 The completed artwork file will be sent via email.
🦇 Full refunds can be given if artwork hasn't been started. If artwork is in the sketch or lines phase, it will be partial refund.
🦇 It's strictly forbidden to use my art for NFT or AI generating purposes. You're not allowed to upload my art to any AI related websites.
🦇 If my usage policy written above is broken, every right you had to the artwork will be retracted and will get you permanently black listed.
🦇 Reposts are allowed with credit to my account(s). (Twitter, Bluesky and/or VGen).

Adoptables T.O.S

🦇 Must be 18+ to purchase an adoptable.
🦇 Adoptables must be paid upfront and in full to receive it.
🦇 When claimed, you got up to 48 hours to pay or else you will lose it.
🦇 Payment is via PayPal with an invoice. ATH Movil is available for local Puerto Ricans.
🦇 There will be no holds.
🦇 When paid, the full reference sheet file (along with any extra artwork done) with and without watermark will be sent via email.
🦇 Reselling an adoptable I made is NOT allowed.
🦇 No refunds, all adoptable sales are final.
🦇 I reserve my right to decline offers below the stated price.
🦇 You're NOT allowed to use the adopt art for AI
🦇 Reposts of the adoptable sheet are allowed with credit to my account(s). (Twitter, Bluesky and/or VGen).
